Vladimir Matchup Tier list Patch 13.24

Vladimir Matchup Tier list (Includes both mid and toplane champs) I play on Euw D1 - Low Master elo but the list is mostly accurate for higher elos as well.
Obviously if you're playing in lower elos the matchups become alot easier since people make alot more mistakes and are worse at punishing your mistakes.
Also keep in mind that champions who can be played both mid and toplane can become easier or harder depending on the lane.
For example Yone is harder in the toplane since the lane is longer and he can run you down easily if the wave is in a bad spot for you or if your pool is on cooldown and vice versa.
