"sorry for the really late reply, boots are optional, tabi into ad comps and mercs into ap/cc heavy comps. about the masteries, Sorcery increases the ability dmg, means talons q w and r will have increase dmg."

"well if they don't build armor, pretty much means I am doing true dmg to them. amror pen is the core for talon, just try few games with and without it, you will see differences"
