I'm an average LoL player that dedicates free time every now and then to theory crafting and designing rune pages based on counters to make the most irritating lanes easy for almost anybody with competent skills with their champion. I'm currently 1694 been to 1706 in 18 games on my old account, Orionforce, I really dont have an elo skill level I just outplay others and control my lane despite how often i get 4 man ganked because the threat level I pose. I'm more than happy to accept any invites I receive. I've gotten 4 accounts to 1900 using twitch/kogmaw none of which were mine LOL...
