"Actually, the Damage over time effect has an initial impact damage. This means theoretically if you had 2 attacks per second, you would proc the shield damage twice per second. That's why the attack speed comes in so nicely and scales nicely throughout the game as well.

Uh. this is an obvious question, that mid and top and jungle should all buy wards. However, it does not help your team when you call them pussys for not buying wards, that just makes people mad....
