"Yes you can, although his playstyle (in preseason 11) isn't as similar in any ways as his old Kleptomancy build - you play and build him like a mid Viktor would, maxing E and buying AP items.

"Wouldn't recommend so, he's item-reliant - which in a way makes him very level/gold dependant
You can't upgrade his skills as well since you're not taking CS most of the time, without upgrades he's performing only 60-70% of what he's capable of
Alternatively, you can slot him in ADC position "

"When choosing matchups & synergies - it only shows champion icons from Aatrox to Braum (From my perspective, not sure for others) and there's no sliders or anything to navigate besides a search bar
