"You should be playing Azir like an ADC (focusing on your positioning) and ideally you fight the enemy team front-to-back.
You can go for a shuffle if their carries overextend, know their flash timers, or if any mobility cooldowns (Galeforce, Ezreal E, etc.) are down.

"I take Arcane Comet into Mages and Long-Ranged Matchups where you can't consistently poke (i.e. Xerath, Viktor, Orianna for example).
Summon Aery is decent into some short-ranged matchups where you want consistent poke (i.e. Yasuo, Lissandra, Talon for example)."

"The matchups portion will be finished after I make the top lane tier list video. We're about 75% done with the mid lane matchups, but we're planning on releasing them altogether rather than as we do them!"
