"Spellthief is soooooo bad on Zilean right now. If you throw bombs at them, they can easily make you kill minions, so you DO NOT want damage early. You should always pick up coin to get that sweet mana regen. Zilean is great at speeding up the team, but it leaves you vulnerable if you don't use it on"

"Yeah, but support is supposed to be for bugs and shutout's and alike, I don't think it's a suggestion section mentioned there, and it will be filtered out.
