Posted a Comment: Dec 12th, 2012 "after playing some more with the build, I want to point out that it can sometimes be difficult to get runaans hurricane if farming is an issue. getting runaans is a significant milestone in the build. but if you are laning against someone who dominates the lane, it is hard to farm and you find yours"
