Im pretty sure i have frozen heart and spirit visage in my build. The CDR and Mspd runes may help too but i like having early res's and health. It really works great either way. "

For any mage you should go 21/0/9 instead b/c the utility tree isnt that strong compared to the others. Mejais is a bad item in general since whether you like it or not you will probably die "
