"Your summoner's are scarrry. If you jump in, you have no escape... I would definitely try ghost or flash or even cleanse. For masteries, you don't need 3 points in each of good hands and expanded mind. Neither give that much. There are probably better uses for those points. In runes, I"

"Mana regen seals > clarity. There are better summoners, but you are restricted from using them because your runes are... less than optimal. mpen glyphs and quints are also not all that effective. Probably, you want to run AP quints and blues. I don't play Fizz myself, but the runes you are us"
