Views: 6619 LoL weekend and epic slow motion bug

I usually don't play Ranked on weekends, but I think I played ranked all week last week. For every 1 win I got 2 losses, I was at the brink of dropping down a league all the time till I got a small winstreak. Well, I got more bad teamcomps, bad junglers and bad top laners (anything really) and I didn't play well either in every game. Opposing to my last post about LoL's rotten community I got only like 3-5 flamers in my teams (I played A LOT of games), so I don't mind that I actually dropped down a league eventually.
On Sunday I played like 10 matches, went offline, then came back to play and noticed my game was running slow. No, it wasn't FPS or internet connection, because there was nothing wrong with my latency and my usually stable 60FPS was suddenly 98. WAT. Putting 60 limit there did absolutely nothing, everything still moved like they had a 60% slow on them all the time, champs and minions and everything.
At first it was amusing to see whole game slowed down to 30% of it's normal speed. I thought it would fix itself, but after playing 5 minutes with Thresh it wasn't so fun at all. I tried changing graphical settings from high to medium, but the slow motion didn't go away so it had definitely nothing to do with my computer. We lost the lane since I couldn't land my skills properly or didn't see any approaching enemies until they were close to me and lost the game, because every other lane lost as well :D I shouldn't be happy, but I'm happy it wasn't my fault completely since I did manage to hit a couple of my hooks.
So after the game I tried a custom game to see if just that one game had bugged. (Oh, btw I had tried reconnecting, it didn't do anything.) Yes it still was slow as hell, FPS so high I should have an epicly good experience, but instead I tried playing slow motion against bots for 10 minutes till I quit, because losing against a bot in lane IS NOT FUN.
I googled and saw some other people had the same problem and that it absolutely has nothing to do with my computer. I even posted a report about it in Bug Report forums, but obviously nobody answered. The other posts were 2-3 years old and still no solution to this bug... Riot, what are you doooiiiinng?
I'm doing a repair install and hoping it works, since I just bought Arcade Sona and I want to play more, but apparently it didn't work for some people so I'm having mixed feelings about this. Sure, a little break from LoL would do me good after all the excessive playing from last week, but I don't want to quit LoL completely, because it suddenly decides to give me a bug I've never encountered in these 2 years I've played. It's not like I can play when everything is slowed like this:

In that ranked match where this slow motion bug suddenly occurred I tried warding blue buff. I hit the bush over there while moving and my ward ended up being BELOW the buff close to the wall. If that video didn't explain it, maybe this does. Moving and warding is impossible, so how am I gonna support or play anything that has skillshots. <.<
Has someone else had this bug and have you found a solution? I have this hunch my repair install isn't gonna solve this...

The first question is always:
Did you try rebooting your computer?
I don't have time to reboot my computer in a Ranked match, since I rather such ingame than get afk reports. But repair install did fix the problem.
