Well thought out guide with descriptions on what items counter what enemies.
My only complaint is at first glance this guide doesn't look complete as the build order stops with Trinity force. I ALMOST skipped it because of that, but am glad I scrolled down.

"While I like some aspects of your build I made a few changes of my own, feel free to try them out.
#1 I like to start with Doran's Blade. The little lifesteal can help lane longer, the extra attack damage is nice, but most importantly the HP help a lot until the end game.
