He is fun to play but i believe he has failed as a champion. His early- midgame damage is incredible and level 1 he can kill many champions with just a few Q's. On the other hand his lategame is so terrible there is simply nothing he can do with it. Completely useless passive+ultimate lategame and his Q alone isnt enough to kill anyone in fights. He is still a good duelist lategame, but god is his teamfighting so bad. I just hate him for this reason.
