Surrendering

So I keep getting into these matches where as soon as the enemy is upon us, people start surrendering. I'm really starting to get tired of the surrender function in League of Legends. As soon as people are ready to surrender, you know that their heart is no longer in it, and their mind is no longer focused on this game; it's focused on the next. This leads to a self-fulfilling prophecy -- you aren't putting your all in it; meanwhile the enemy team is clicking away trying to ensure your demise.
