Hey, throat here. I'm currently looking for people that have low elo (0-1200) that are looking to get a large amount of free elo and IP! I wonder if there are any here on moba...
Long story short, I will play ranked on your account for you and get you elo and ip out the ***. That thread should explain it all. I find it extremely fun to hop onto low elo ranked, go 20-0, and make people scream in rage and confusion. It's fun! If you have any questions, please read the thread and PM me. Feel free to drop a comment on here or the thread with whatever. I'm looking to get started tonight, so it's 1st come 1st serve!

If I change your password and email, you can email riot and they will change it all back. I've had my account hacked and all my runes deleted. 2 days later, everything was restored.
That's actually pretty awesome. I didn't know Riot did that. :o
