Runes are not optimal. Garen needs ArP Reds for mid - late game, Armor Yellows for sustain, sc.MR blues and AD Quints for better farming early game. Change that, its standard. Some mates here simply downvotes you for t"

1. you got to finish & update your guide for S3. Some items are not there anymore, e.g. Force of Nature!
2. Cheatsheet: Seems unfinished. Im missing a lot more viable (offense/defense) items for Gare"

"ow forgot to say. I would change your runes to ArP Reds, Armor Yellow, Sc.MR Blue and AD Quints. Tried alot in my past, but this is one of the best rune sets for Garen or other Melee Fighters.
