"Love the build but there isn't any CDR which helps with Teemo's mushrooms. I hate waiting so that's a must for me.

"Love the build but I'd rather replace Void Staff with Morello's evil tome. They both give LOTS of AP and im not a fan of magic penetration, so I'd prefer the extra CDR that takes the cooldown reduction to it's maximum of 40%"
