Oh what i meant by proc on hit is when you get hit, there's a 20% chance that att speed of attacker is lowered by 35% for 3 sec for Randuin's Omen. Not that reliable but it's much more than Frozen Heart. It's much cheaper as well but if you need the mana by all means get Frozen Heart. Just point by point, Randuin's Omen is much better in my opinion. I see your point with Tiamat. Just try to include that in the guide on your next edit if you plan on editing. Thanks for the suggestions. I was wondering how to put those nifty little pictures up there. First guide! Go easy on me! Anyhoo...yup the build in itself is pretty expensive but the Tiamat helps you farm faster and it doesn't really lose utility late game in my opinion because later on in the game if you're rushing a push or need to nexus rush it helps you clear the creeps much faster. I know a lot of people are in a better position to do this probably but sometimes you're stuck with just you and some other non-push dedicated hero and you don't want to waste the 40 seconds of enemy death time waiting for one of your pushers to respawn. :p And Randuin's Omen doesn't proc on hit. I get the Frozen Heart for the extra armor and CDR plus the fact that its unique passive is an aura and it complements my w spell (with w maximum 60% aspd reduction) so I guess that answers the anti-DPS part because most DPS characters are aspd reliant. Lastly, no the splash on Tiamat doesnt proc Black Cleaver but if you're doing additional damage to your main target because of the armor pen. the secondary splash targets get hurt more too so it kinda works out for me. I know this build seems really strange but in my opinion it gives Ez so much more utility. His main weakness isn't just in the fact that he's squishy but the fact that he's hard to fit into a team comp. You just have too many other characters with so much more utility. This helps him stay on par with other champions with mroe utility, ie. Yi, but still keeps the DPS side of him perfectly useful. :)

I have a question since I'm not in the position to actually try this build. Does Tiamat proc Black Cleaver?

Just from stats alone i can see that this build is expensive as hell. At the point in which you get Frozen Heart, i guarantee you that someone is going to be losing, be it your team or the other. Either way, you need to be a farming machine to pull off the 15615 gold needed to get all these items. I suggest you put one in Greed just to seal the deal. Tiamat is an interesting choice but I can easily see it losing utility late in the game. Maybe trade it in for something like Thornmail (that is to say, if you're really building him Anti-DPS). Furthermore I don't know how this is Anti-DPS in any way. Maybe you mean Anti-generic build for ez but if you really want Anti-DPS, there are items like Randuin's Omen that proc on hit. Anyway I like your build so far. Seems very viable. Try to add pictures and stuff to spice it up. ((Xin Zhao)) makes Xin Zhao if you replace (( and )) with brackets. I can't seem to type them out but it's "[" and "]". Add two of these instead of the parenthesis to do those simple pictures. Same goes with items.
