Ummmmm...the stealth doesnt really fall in line with your idea of the champ. I mean its an interesting idea. But it doesnt fit with the overall purpose of the champ (tanky dps). I would say lower the invis time to like 2.5 otherwise its a little op for the type of move it is.
1. Decrease CD per level on pulverizing blade
2. Increase Furious stabs base attack by a little
3. Increase Vampiric Blades CD by 3ish second and increase the damage by at least 150. Since its a physical attack make it scale off of the AD and the damage inflicted.
***You use it and do 300 damage (240 +.2 AD) to 3 enemies. Total damage 900.
and you heal for 20% plus 1% per X AP***
4. The ult is a little op. It should only give half to surrouning allies.
Just some suggestions. ^_^

Gladio is a somewhat tanky melee fighter, who plays somewhat like a Paladin. He has rather high health and attack damage, but extremely low mana. However, his abilities cost very little mana as well. Cooldown Reduction equipment works great on him, although with his E skill, it's not necessary.
Pros
- Good support abilites
- Diffraction can help save a teammate's life
- Good harasser
- Furious Stab has very high range and allows you to catch up with opponents or last hit them
- Can retreat with Furious stab if minions are behind him or wards are near neutral minions.
- Can stay in lane for a long time with Vampiric Blade
- Ultimate is great if you have an already high AD
Cons
- Lowish overall damage with skills
- Diffraction only gives a small amount of extra health to allies
- Pulverizing Blade can eat mana early game
- Furious Stab has a long cooldown
- Ultimate is hard to use against a ranged team

Pulverizing blade - Gladio throws his sword at target location, damaging units in a small AoE. On impact, the sword explodes, dealing (65/100/135/185/230 +40% AP) damage to all targets, stunning them for 0.5 seconds to all enemies in the AoE.

Vampiric Blade - Gladio swings his blade all around him, dealing (65/85/105/125/145 +50% AD) damage to all enemies in range and healing herself for (15/20/25/30/35% +10% of bonus AD) of the damage dealt. All her cooldowns tick down by 1.5 seconds.
Mana Cost - 70/75/80/85/90 mana
Cooldown - 12 seconds

Unbreakable Will - Gladio gains +(10%/15%/20%) AD and gains (15/20/25) AR and MR for (4/5/6) seconds. This affect also applies to all allies and minions within range.
Mana Cost - 60/50/40 mana
Cooldown - 180/150/120 seconds

So what changes should I make? He seems OP and UP at the same time to me lol. The invis thing could be really annoying, but his damage is definitely low (not counting AD)
Kudos to those who get the Gil 'Ead reference. (Google won't help you there :D)
