I actually think it's really good that this happens, when people click https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoQ5goVpjyM they expect to go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoQ5goVpjyM and not to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ .
What you expect to happen is similar to what some ads do as well, they lure you into clicking something you actually want to see but instead you get to see the ad. Now in your case it's some innocent fun, but spammers/advertisers could do serious damage with the misleading.
tl;dr good thing that this happens.

You need to log in before commenting.
Consider this BBCode URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoQ5goVpjyM
([url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoQ5goVpjyM[/url])
What I expect this URL to do: rickroll people.
What it does: create a link to the textual content.
It's not the end of the world (it is the end of my rickroll though ^^), but since I came across it I figured I'd mention it.
