Not sure now if the 40% cd with Ionian Boots is better so you can spam spells and do dmg or if sorcerers boots are better because of the early game flat pen they give. Which would be the better for Fizz? I've recently been playing him and rushing lich bane>Ionian boots>Morellonomicon for the early kills that are oh so important right now(in snowballing the game) which the cd really helps with. What is your recommended build path right now and what boots are more important to run on Fizz right now? Also, as I imagine you are a very experience Fizz player what are your most favorite skins, as for myself I would like to decide on one but am stuck between Fisherman Fizz and Cottontail Fizz. Your thoughts on this subject are appreciated. Thank you!
I don't like the CDR boots right now. I'm picking the magic pen boots like 95% of my games while having 10% cdr@lvl 18 on my runes.

Build path? idk, it depends on the game.
But I do like rushing Lich Bane and Zhonya's Hourglass as my 2 first items. Lich Bane for some extra burst, and Zhonya's Hourglass so I'll be able to make a dumb tower dive and stay alive or something like that.
Fisherman or Cottontail? Tundra is my favorite one. (no idea why are you asking me about the skin)
wouldn't you consider taking the biscout mastery over runic afinitty because the elixir lastes more time? wich increases you potion damage window
Also i feel like buying morelo slows down your power spike when you could get ionian and lich bane for those 20% and a ****one more damage
one more thin I use mixed pen runes só i can go all in in mp on the masteries, please tell me your thoughts on this regard
I don't thing that the extra 1.5 seconds of the flask are that good, so I simply prefer the extra 18 seconds for each blue I'll get.
CDR boots kinda bad item atm in my opinion, but they are inside the build here, you can chose between them and Sorcerer's Shoes.
Morellonomicon slows your power spike? just don't get it. It's not a must have item, just a good one.
40% CDR on Fizz is a really good thing, and I never said that you must get it as your second/third item, you can just get it as your last item, or not get it at all. (you should probably get it at some point)
Example build path: Lich Bane>tier 1 boots>Zhonya's>tier 2 boots>Rabadon's/Void Staff>Morellonomicon
Also, I do think that Sorcerer's Shoes+Morellonomicon is stronger then Ionian Boots of Lucidity+Lich Bane, don't forget that the Sorcerer's Shoes+Morellonomicon is cheaper by 350 gold as well, which is almost enough to get an extra Amplifying Tome. (350 gold actually worth 16 AP)
About the hybrid pen marks, I do use them sometimes, but I didn't get the rest of the sentence here so I don't really know what to say here.

Is nashor's tooth better than morello?
For the most part, no.
Morellonomicon is simply cheaper by 450 gold which give you at least 20 AP.
But, if you came into the late game and have too much gold, you might wanna sell your Morellonomicon and buy yourself a Nashor's tooth if you don't need the mana regen/grievous wounds effect.
Also, you can sell your boots for a second Lich Bane in the late game as well since it does grant the same 10% CDR as the boots, some extra AP, and some bonus %ms, so you still going to have extra 14% movespeed which is extra 46.9 movespeed(while boots grant you only 45).
Note that you still going to lose the 10% CDR on your summoner spells and won't be able to upgrade your boots since you don't have boots.
Fizz just got massively nerfed in the new update. His Q and W now don't do nearly as much damage. Is this guide still valid?
Well, as long as you hit your ultimate, you should be fine.
Fizz is now depends on his ultimate more then ever.
Deathfire Grasp is going to be deleted soon according to Surrender at 20, so I wasn't talking about it too much.
Archangel's Staff is an item that I getting sometimes when there is a Fiddlesticks in my jungle.
Great item, give more then 120 AP + shield active. however you need to stack it, so probably not the best but still viable.
Nashor's Tooth is also viable because it's nice if you wanna go for attack speed Fizz.
Athene's Unholy Grail, Liandry's Torment, and Twin Shadows are items that I seen some other Fizz players getting.
About Dangerous Game, would you like to use it instead of Expose Weakness, Arcane Blade, or what?
Still Deathfire Grasp is available for now. You could also say it wouldn't be worth making a champion guide for a champion receiving an update soon ...
You won't ever build Tear of the Goddess. If having trouble with AP in the jungle you will likely build MR. Stacking will take too long, mana isn't a great stat.
You won't be able to use Nashor's Tooth in fights at all. Lich Bane works greatly because you can procs it but you will certainly not be able to use auto attacks constantly and sustained (compare it to Kayle).
Dangerous Game > DES or EW, preference
I wouldn mention any of the "other viable items" at all because most of them aren't viable or just to a certain extent. You can rather explain why these are generally awful choices.
Lich Bane used to be the best rush option on Fizz but apparently you can rush items such as Deathfire Grasp now too under certain circumstances. Void Staff is often the best purchase right after one major 120 AP items in many games, you should clarify its importance and gold efficiency.
Masteries should rather include Runic Affinity because you will likely get buffs in every single game especially later on if you're opting for it. Putting three points into Summoner's Insight is mandatory in my opinion as it's just simply one of the best lower tier masteries (same deal about Dangerous Game )
