Just a quick thing I have been abusing on Nami to get to Diamond.
Get the lvl 1. You win all trades with AA++AA you heal all damage they have done to you. Dont be afraid to poke with empowered AA too since bouncing to enemies will eventually heal you.
With the new quests, you get so much movement speed after completing it and you will be able to move in between teamfights to heal and CC.
Rush , , as core items and get after it. Last slot use it for and super late game get heavy AP items (ie: or ).

I don't use Nami since months now... I'm main Lulu but she's often banned and I love Rakan. I didn't edit my guides lately, I should give them a look.
One year ago I was used to poke a lot with Nani but I stopped when new champs came out and people became more aggressive and I was afraid to die.
I don't like on Nami with a build like that, maybe I'd prefer for that 10% movment speed, what do you think? [[Morellonomicon would be great I guess, maybe I'll use Nami these days and try it out.

Why did you pick Courage of The Colossus instead of Windspeaker Blessing on Mastery? I didnt think nami should tank the game right? i mean i did read the bottom line for another masteries, but why courage of colossus in the primary masteries? do you have any reason behind it?

I just like to build HP on her and I like the fact that Colossus can pop up with my Q and R. That's my playstyle, if you want, play with Windspeaker! ^^

i love playing as nami but she deals no damage at all. she is underpowered a* :( how do i make her deal damage?

You can buy AP support items like Ardent Censer and Zeke's Herald. I recommend to choose HP/AP items, like Rylai's, Liandry and RoA but I don't really like them on Nami. You could try Hextech GLP-800, it gives 300 health, 400 mana and 80 AP. Its active it's pretty cool for the slow. If they have burst or heavy AD, go for the Zhonya's, it's always useful.
You can build whatever you want :D

If you ever see a Nami player build , just dodge. Your is already CC for 1.5 seconds which surpasses the Rylais effect. Your is the only one that would aplly the Rylais passive but you most likely will use it to heal allies. Your already does same as Rylais.
So, is trash item on Nami. If you want AP, build and if you need AP get the or if you can do some damage.
But DONT BUY .

One could argue that 3,7 per 5 isn't really going to make a big difference, especially when you lower your CD, it just doesn't justify it at all. Rather get flat armor or flat health seals :)
