So I am a jungle main, and I have been playing League since May 2017, so not that long. When I first started playing I played TF mid, but I was really bad at it, and so I picked up Warwick. Ever since then I have been playing jungle. I have played Warwick, Volibear, Vi, Xin Zhao, and Sejuani. I have also played a little Ekko (jungle) and Kayn. The point is whenever I try to play any lanes (especially mid) I feed. Do you think I should make a new account to learn lanes or just try and play lanes in norms and feed a lot? Any advice is appreciated :).

Try support it worked well for me, and it's an easy transition because that awareness for map movements from enemy teams really comes in handy and not to mention the nack for making plays instead of just standing-by that comes from the ganking side of things. Try playing support in normal draft picks because once you primary pick support role you find matches left and right.

Yes, that makes a lot of sense thank you. Plus I do not have to worry about cs ;).

1. Minions are OP early game. Trading with your minions around is a great advantage
2. Zoning https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kxGQ3gWdrM
3. Learn when to push and when to roam etc.

Also remember to ward properly of course. I think top lane is a fine place to start since you'll be laning most. Your junglers are mostly bruisers / tanks so I would advise starting with such a top laner. Malphite, Sion, Cho'Gath, Darius are good options. Remember that the main goal of laning is getting as much money as possible, so don't forget to focus on CSing. Can't afford to lose all focus on poking.

I wouldn't make a new account for it. Good luck!

EDIT: Also, don't forget that whoever gets level 2 first should and will initiate a devastating trade. So either push as hard as you can so you reach level 2 first, and/or fall back immediately when the enemy reaches level 2 first.

Another important point to realize is that if you attack your enemy, his minions will focus you. This is not only useful for the trading mentioned above, but it also makes the wave push out, since the minions will be focussing on you instead of your minions. So be aware of that. If you poke too hard, your wave will automatically push and then your enemy may be able to get some CS under turet, and you're open to ganks.
********'s a pretty good fertilizer

Thank you for the response! The last point there is actually really helpful and I never knew that. I actually ended up dying today because of just that! In terms of playing top, the problem for me is I am very bad against ranged champions when I play melee, and I am even worse playing ranged myself. I will still try this out though. I don't currently own any of the champs on that list but I think I have a shard for cho'gath so I might start with him. Thanks again for the reply!
