You just need to make a Gravatar account linked to the email that you made your mobafire account with.
And if you don't have the password to your current email that you used to make your mobafire account, that's not good because if you win the raffle you can't check your email and claim your prize, my best advice would to start trying to track down your password, if it's gmail I have had very okayish luck in the past getting into my old accounts, but I did lose a level 15 Smurf account due not keeping track of alt emails and passwords :(
You can try PMing a mod to see if they can tell you what email you to mobafire registered with, but I use my email to log in not my username, never tried using my username before so not really to sure how to help :(
