Members are expected to never flame, troll, berate, or otherwise instigate or exhibit poor behavior in any public environment. You are expected to treat other members and other players with dignity and respect at all times. We do not expect you to play your absolute hardest and forsake fun at all times, but we do expect you to not purposefully ruin the game for others. Intentionally ruining the game for other members or other players in general will not be tolerated. In summation, play, have fun, and don't be a jerk. As a note to non-members, we obviously can't control your behavior in-game or out. You do not represent us, but we do encourage you to respect other gamers, as we're all cut from the same cloth. However, if you want to troll and flame, keep it out of our forums, as that is something we can control. People who continually post non-constructive, derogatory, insulting, or other inappropriate posts will be warned, suspended, and eventually banned from our forums and our community. So please, be constructive and help make our community great for yourself and others. Our Ranks Leader – The leader of Paranoia Gaming, Isaiha, is in charge of the overall direction of our community. He is not involved in the minute details, instead focusing on setting an overall tone and general path for the community to follow. However, all major decisions, including the selection of officers, will be made by him. Co-Leader – The co-leader's job is to assist and support the leader in setting an overall direction for the community. The co-leader acts as an adviser to the leader, and helps to handle any decisions that effect the overall community. Community Officer – The community officers are each in charge of a different aspect of the community. These aspects are: development and maintenance of the website, recruitment and development of our roster, and tournaments and competitive game play. Each area is handled by one community officer who is fully in charge of their portion of the community. Game Leader – Each game branch of Paranoia Gaming is led by an individual who demonstrates a great deal of skill in their chosen game. This leader handles decisions revolving around their game and has a great deal of autonomy. He or she can also chose some members within their game to promote to game officers, who will assist them in decision making involving their game. Game Officer – Those members selected by their game leader to be game officers will assist in all decisions made regarding their game. They can help handle recruitment, training, development, and other aspects of their branch. While game officers and game leaders have no authority outside their branch, they do have great authority within it. Member – A member of Paranoia Gaming is a skilled individual who we feel can represent us at all times. They play well, exhibit a great attitude, and treat others with respect and dignity at all times. While most members only job is to play well and have fun, some are chosen or volunteer to take on extra responsibility. These members will be signified by titles, indicating the responsibilities they have. Trial – A trial member is a new member who is currently being reviewed. While trial members have been accepted, they are still being observed by our members to ensure that they fit within our community. After some time within the community, and time playing with other members, they will be promoted to full members. Our Titles Trainer – Trainers are members who are exceptionally skilled and wish to help other members get better. They spend time practicing with other members and impart the knowledge that they have gained in an effort to improve all members of our community. Recruiter – Recruiters are members who have decided to give up some of their time to assist us in recruitment. They maintain our recruitment post, review applications, and provide feedback and observations on applicants and trial members. Moderator – Moderators are members who help to maintain constructive posts on our forums. They ensure that there are no spammers, flamers, or trolls ruining the environment for others. Team Coordinator – Team coordinators help the community officers to review teams and ensure that all listed teams are currently active. They work with teams in handling the features of our website and community. Tournament Coordinator – Tournament coordinators review applications for tournaments, submit tournament results, help run Paranoia sponsored tournaments, and maintain our list of tournaments. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Paranoia Gaming Community is a fast-expanding gaming community looking to just have fun and improve their game!
