Hey guys i am back with the question for my second runpage which will be about physical attackers.I play both ranged and melee physical attackers so i have some questions.First of all my marks will be ArP marks. Then about seals i wonder if i should get mana regenaration seals or flat armor seals and about glyphs if i should buy flat Mr glyohs or flat cdr glyphs. Then about quints i wonder if i should buy ad or ArP quints.Which is your opinion guys?

Depends on who you want to play.
Most ranged crit carries (Tristana, Miss Fortune, Vayne and so on..) are usually best with AD quints.
I like using HP/lvl seals and mana-reg/lvl glyphs on most of those champions too.

If you're playing tanky melee champions you should probably consider armor seals and MR glyphs. Quints are good as AD if you build crit and HP or ArP if you don't build or build very little crit.

A lot of those are best off with AD quints, but some of them don't benefit much at all from them. ArP quints on the other hand works with all of those, even if they aren't always optimal.
So go for ArP quints.

If you only have 1 rune page for all of them you can't specify much at all. I think the most globally useful runes to stick into your seal and glyph slots are armor and MR.
"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.

I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

I was of the same opinion about both quints and seals/glyphs.So my runepage will be formed by:
9 Marks of Desolation=15 ArP
9 Great Seals of Resilence=13Ar
9 Glyphs of Warding=13Mr
3 Quints of Desolation=10ArP
I want a general runepage, beacuse i only have 3 free runpages and the one is already captured ( casters), the second is that and the third will be about tanks. So until i have a big amount of ip to buy an extra runpage and the proper runes it will be a long time, so i need a runepage for generally physical attackers.Searz thx a lot for your positive attitude to help build my first two runpages.I will come back for my third runpage which will be about tanks.

Jarvan and WW should be using ArP quints, but the rest are best with AD quints(Ashe works with both).

Armor seals, MR glyphs and ArP marks are pretty much standard for all of them.
