Make one of those Rammus. I'd love to see rammus+thornmail solo 5 squishy DPS ^^

They could all go AP just for ****z and giggz.

Thank you to jhoijhoi for the sig, and all the dividers in the guide.

Having a nice team comp helps you win even with bad players, but having a smart team helps you win even with a bad team comp :).

This is why you diversify. If you have only one champ you're good at and you're in a team comp where that champion isn't amazing, then you would have less of a chance to win.

Say you've got Malzahar, Irelia, Jarvan, and Sona on a team. But you only know how to play Orianna. Congrats, you don't have a ranged AD carry, you need 3 solo lanes, and Sona's become a liability. On the other hand, if you play an AD carry, the team comp is suddenly MUCH better. I don't care how hard you can carry with Orianna - all the enemy has to do is itemize MR and your team will lose late-game because you don't have any champions that can take advantage of that counter-itemization.

You have to have diversity and be good at several roles i used to only play caster dps then when i was put in a spot where i knew another caster would make the team to squishy i was screwed due to lack of knowledge in other types. Now that i play ad carry ap carry and tank well and enjoy all 3 i can play almost anyone and be fine.

exactly, since some AP's can start: Annie, Malzahar, Lux, Morgana and someone else

Forever CC's
Forever QQ's

But, I think every team, needs at least this: One tanker/Off-Tanker, whatever, the punch bag, One ranged AP and 1 Ranged AD. The other 2 can be supports, junglers, glassy, whatever you fell good

And have at least 1 teleport on the team, 1 ignite and 1 exhaust. Would be good having 1 heal and 1 fortify, and 1 CV too...
Thx for Nyoike for this sig! Tanks FTW s2

Refering to Elementz Draft mode Tier list if you looking for argueable "the best" champ for each roll your team would probably be something like this:

AD - Ashe or Twisted Fate
AP - Annie (if banned, Anivia)
Jungle / Offtank - WW if banned Amumu
Support - Janna or Sona
Tank - Alistar

All of these champs are tier 1 on Elementz tier list, however do not take this for scripture or anyones for that matter because you could have a team make-up of tier 4 champs that would rock straight tier 1's just on how well they work together (getting dragon, 2nd blue to mid, starting red for carries etc.) Theres so much things that will effect the outcome more than "playing top tier champs". Not to mention there are so many other really good champs that can fill rolls very well like having Nid or even Orianna as supports. So many variations.

As for the person who asked about a AP offtanker. well generally your offtank should be at the front line with the tank to help obsorb some of the dmg. However with that said some tanky AP champs could be:

Poppy: Melee
Swain: ranged
Ryze: ranged
Vlad: ranged
Alistar: Melee
Cho'gath: melee
Taric: Melee
Sion: melee
Mord: melee
Nunu: melee
Nasus: melee

Not all these are great for this roll but these champs can do it even if its not their most prominant roll.

i saw a deadly poppy that built tanky AP at a 1800 elo game on a stream last night that ended up going 17-3-9, thats the only reason she made it up there.

Twisted Fate, on Elementz list, is referring to AP Twisted Fate, so not an AD carry. If you were going to put a second on your list, it would be Corki.

Taric is not an offtank. He's support. Anyone building him otherwise is messing around, trolling, or being dumb.

Also, you keep typing "roll", but it's "role". -_-

Do you know any ranged AP offtanker?

Team composition doesnt exist. Just get the champion u play best and win. You you have a team full of players as the champion they play best, you have more chance to win than if you get what these guys here said.

Ranged AP Offtanker = Vladimir

IMO, team composition MUST exist. Of course, you have to be good at the champion you're going to use, at least decently. a team of all squishies(even if they are pro's) will fall against a team with a good composition(assuming they have the same skill level as the other team).
Was I able to help you? Give me a +Rep if I did! :)
