I've tried this build out (with the modifications I suggested), and it is pretty spectacular.

I'm glad to see a flat AP build for TF. I'd hate to see that style die out. I won't be rating this guide until after I try it out myself, but I do have a couple of suggestions.

I'd suggest replacing the quints of Force with Potency quints, as the Force quints don't provide as much AP as the Potency quints until level 12. Also, the extra AP at the beginning synergizes well with your choice of the Amplifying Tome.

Regarding your questions about what two items to get last:
I guess it really depends on whether or not you plan to be autoattacking consistently. From the looks of your guide, I'm guessing that you would prefer o hang back and spam wild cards most of the time rather than utilize stacked deck a whole bunch. In that case, I'd ditch the attack speed from Nashor's and Rageblade in favor of the Void Staff and Morello's Evil Tome (if you still want the CDR) or Rylai's Crystal Scepter (if you want some survivability and want to slow them, too) or Zhonya's hourglass (if you like its active).

Regarding your masteries:
I cannot recommend taking Perseverence over Good Hands , as TF's MP5 and HP5 aren't large enough for it to make a noticeable difference. For HP regen at lvl 18 (with no hp regen items), it doesn't even add up to an entire extra hitpoint every five seconds. While I do find it a bit odd that you took Expanded Mind instead of some meditation or Utility Mastery , I can chalk that up to personal preference.

Your guide shows promise. Keep at it! I'll probably rate this guide after playing a couple of games with it. While I took issue at a couple of things in your guide, I cannot argue with the results in your score section.
