I find banshee's pretty useless for him, rush a rylai's instead after your boots and sheen, then get your triforce

Banshee's Veil has never been useless to any champion, and it will never be. Remember the days when it used to be even more OP? :)

I don't get Rylai's Crystal Scepter because I can slow enemies just fine without it and my damage output is good without it. Health it gives is covered by Banshee's. I don't even get Exhaust, so why should I?

Solid looking build. Actually very similar to mine, although I take a little bit more survivability. One thing I'd have to say is I'd take exhaust over ignite, now here's my reasoning: ignite is fine for finishing someone off whos getting away or putting out a little bit more damage but exhaust combined with your ult (and flash when needed) no one is getting away. Flash, Ult, W (yes you can use your Q and W while you have someone impaled), drag, then exhaust just as that supression ends and you just tear them a new ******* is just trollicious and you'll have people crying all day once you pull that off a few times. Not to mention the gunblade which is just as effective to throw on someone as that ult ends.

Yeah, I guess it's just a matter of preference. I personally prefer Ignite over Exhaust, because I have no problem slowing enemies down right after Impale or catching up to enemy champions as long as I have my Shattered Earth charged up. Even Nidalee can't escape! :D

A pretty solid build. Well thought out and explained very well.

The only thing I would consider changing is maybe putting a Lich Bane in there somewhere (possibly before Nashor's Tooth and then removing Banshee's Veil) but I'm not sure if the Unique Passives of Trinity Force and Lich Bane would prevent you from Procing twice (once for 150%AD with TF and again for 100%AP with LB).

Overall, solid build, I will be testing my previous statement and I'll get back to you.

Thanks for the reply! I haven't tried putting Lich Bane in there, but I'll try it first. Although, I still think putting Banshee's Veil in there helps his defense greatly. The reason why I've been hesitant to get Lich Bane though, is because even with Guinsoo's Rageblade and Nashor's Tooth, his AP isn't too high. I'll try it out and get back to you.
