[quote=Matt]It does but the system doesn't know right away. It has to poll the stream source for every single stream, repeatedly, to detect that the stream is online. As you might guess, it can't do this constantly. There is a 10 minute delay right now between polls for each video. So you have to start your stream and wait a good 10 minutes.[/quote]
