It's fine now. If there were spam posts on it, (I.E. adbots) and they get deleted, it takes a while for the page count to update.

Yeah sorry, it was most likely spam comments as Lugignaf said. I will try to come up with a solution to prevent this from happening. We've been battling with one particular spammer for a couple weeks now, hopefully I'll have him nailed soon and then it won't be such a problem.
