[/quote] Though normally not a good item on Garen due to the fact that stopping slows/stuns would result in more movement - in a 1v1 it makes a lot of sense. Furthered by the fact that it has decent synergy with Garen in the first place, it was good in that particular situation - but I wouldn't recommend it in a normal game if they don't have a very small amount of CC...[/quote]
