passive is Op, you get a slow with your Q and if you gain 70% attack speed from chasing someone at level 1 (start with Q, movement quints+boots, and utility) you can get the 70% attack speed in 10 shots, and then kill them or the others in a few seconds ;x

This becomes even more dangerous late game, especially with the ult ;x
