A published build can now be archived by its author. Archived builds will have comments and voting disabled and will disappear from all listings on the site. The only way to get to an archived build is to check the "show hidden" box on the browse page. There will also be a message on the archived build warning readers that the build is no longer supported by its author. If you have other published builds, there will be links directing readers to those instead. You can see an example of an archived build here! You will find the archive link near the top of the page when viewing your own published build.
Delete Unpublished Builds!
Any unpublished build can now be deleted by its author to remove it from the list of unpublished builds on their private profile page. You will find the delete link near the top of the page when viewing your own unpublished build.
Editor System
We have created a private section on the site where all items, runes and champions can be edited. Anyone that is granted special editor access can contribute in this section and they will get public recognition for their efforts. We are now seeking volunteers to join the editor team and help keep the database up-to-the-minute, so if you would like to contribute just let us know via the feedback forms!
Reporting System
We have added a reporting system that allows you to direct our moderators to content that you take issue with, or content that needs updating. You will find "Report" links scattered around the site, click any of these links to let us know about any trolling, spamming, offensive behaviour, etc... Or to submit updated information or suggest a change. We will review and consider every single report we receive.
Lots of Optimizations!
We've gone through MOBAFire.com and optimized a laundry list of things that were slowing down pages. Fewer requests, smaller images, optimized server code. There is still more to do but you should already have noticed the improvements over the last week!
