In-game pictures or videos are always nice, but they're not essential. The two laning section you have there are fairly good (could use more elaboration on harass, and how to deal with enemy aggression). Though you might want to adjust it since the current meta puts Kog in bottom lane with a support. He can lane mid or solo top as well, but bot is where he works best. Most AD carries now lane bot, while AP carries are taking mid lane.
Also noticed a coding error in your Dual Laning section:

I like my build the way it is, so try your hardest to refrain from posts like "omg thats not how you build Kog'maw, -1 TROLOLOL" I'm asking for help on one specific part of my guide.
What can I do to make my laning phase clearer? Should I add in-game pictures like "right-click to win"?
Or is it just confusing and disjointed? I would much appreciate constructive criticism. If you don't want to vote then you don't have to :)
