This build, honestly, terrible.
1 defensive spell and it's not location based. It's for running. :/
You don't scale with AD/AS. You scale with AP.
Starting out with a Sheen and not having your Twisted Advance to get to them is going to leave you lacking in damage. Especially until late game when you have the most AD.

What jumps out at me:

Only 13% CDR? Maokai benefits greatly from CDR.
AD? Maokai scales with AP.
AS? Maokai doesn't particularly benefit from AS.

Fail.

I am really sorry to say this but, so far, one of the worst builds I have ever seen. Black Cleaver on Maokai? Besides of the lack of a minimum graphical display and that nice-build stuff, most of what you say about Maokai is just wrong. You should seriously try building him much more tanky, with HP, armor/MR depending on the enemy team, and something to enhance his ability to start ganks like Rylai's Crystal Scepter + well placed Sapling Toss and stuff.

I'm sorry, but I just don't like how you speak about Mao, I don't consider him to be a bad champ at all, if played well, and your build leaves him very squishy! Specially vurnerable to Magic Damage, you should give it a second thought imo.

I think bcz his ultimate make Mao tanky by itself
So do some DMG stuff for Toe to toe figth

Can you explain why you went DPS Maokai over Tank? Its Very Odd. Never seen that before
