Well, what happened was, Reginald can't read the rules, and the NA community are vile people.
Honestly, they were all bullying Voyboy - A 16 year old, until he closed his stream.

"Vile people"....Bold words....I'd suggest editing your post rather than generalizing the entire NA community as "Vile people". It doesn't really speak well for Europe. I mean I can just say "You EU players are all bags of whiny ****...." but I don't believe that.

I'm sure if I said that and meant it, a number of people would be furious with me. See what happens when you generalize? It's a slippery slope which will cause people to...Get angry.

Moving on: I was listening to the stream when this issue arose. They were looking over the rules while scrimming (i believe)

I'll agree with that Jeffeh :p

I find it hard to believe that VoyBoy and Jatt would overtly break the rules while everything is on stream. And if they did have the nerve to do it, it's the organizer's responsibility to make things the way they should be, etc. Shouldn't they know immediately who did what?

90% of the responsibility falls on management. It's their job to know, enforce, and interpret the rules. That said, the other 10% falls on the shoulders of those (non-management) involved.

Their job is to give the facts, management's job is to follow up on their statements and insure the truth is found THEN make a ruling.

Would you (or the LoL community) have said something if it had been Reginald who asked for more games?

Nope.

Let me repeat myself. It wasn't against the rules. IT WASNT AGAINST THE RULES.

I think you may have forgotten the last part of the rule.

Quoted:
2) In case a player has multiple citizenships and/or has recently obtained citizenship, he/she may not represent more than one country at the WCG Grand Final. Choice of country is locked once he/she has participated in any of the official WCG competition in a certain country. This decision cannot be overturned until next year’s competitions.

Quoted:
4) If any infractions regarding the above rules are found, the offending player will be immediately disqualified and may be banned from future WCG tournaments."

Let me repeat myself. It was against the rules. IT WAS AGAINST THE RULES.

Thanks to Xiaowiriamu for the sig!

Hell yeah i would have said **** if regi asked for more games.

It also wouldn't have happened, because regi wouldn't have been like "hey didn't canada play three sets?" He would have skyped hotshotGG, and asked "Hey did canada play three sets?", hotshot would have said "no dude are you high?" and then Regi would have said, "Well guess i need to pack for korea bro baylife npnp".

And then it would be over.

If anything, Reginald would be on skype with Matt all day making completely sure that it's not three sets.
Tri lane for life.
