E: Whisper of the dark - X sends out some scary, badass bat to attack an enemy and fear the target. - The bat fears the nearest enemy champion for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 seconds. - On impact the bat reduces healing with 20/30/40% for 3.5/3.75/4.00/4.25/4.50 seconds.
