No matter how much they nerf Flash, it's still going to be essential. Unless they remove it entirely or make it have a riddiculously bad cooldown/range, people will always use it.

All this will do is force people to play more defensively, especially when Flash/CV are on cooldown.

In all honesty I see Flash being used offensively (or to enable an offensive play) at least as often as I see it being used to escape.

Yeah if flash had a 300-400 sec CD you'd see other summoners being used.

Going to suck.

Passive gameplay all day, and Ghost/Cleanse on everyone.

Run Surge on Taric + his 4 other Auras were talking about 5 Auras on one person during a team fight, can I get a AMEN?


On the other hand I'd like to see some feedback on this about flash my take:

This will make the game way more slower and a lot less action until later on in the game.
A lot of champions can't really gank anyone with having flash to finish the kill or to actually start the gank off. This will also make solo mid and top lanes play more defensively lol.

Adding those features to cleanse will make it more like a QSS and than DPS carries could take cleanse and (whatever they want as second spell). It would be hard to shut them down :9

Nerfing flash somehow does not seem as appropriate as entirely removing it o_O

Maybe I'm wrong.

Cleanse:
Mundo/Ad Sion/Swain etc with Cleanse : Exe. Call. will be more seen ingame imo. Maybe some reworks/ new stuff with "reduces heal by 50%" inbound?

Rally:
Yeah ****, believe it or not, back then thinking about a proper rework for that thing made me imagine a guy wearing it on his back.
If the numbers are right the first REAL dmg SS for non-caster carries. Horray for the hybrids Id say.

Flash/CV:
They deserve it, but imo Flash should get sth like "Cant be used for ~3 secs after recieving direct dmg" giving good gankers a real chance to get you.

Fortify:
Hope, they dont think about giving it the same effect like they did on Garrison in combi with enemy turrets...

Heal:
Would be great, somehow tired about SS which are definitely labled as "beginner's choice" and only supports you with things that a proper built and skill should sustain anyway. (Also reffering to Clarity)
For example: Make both into a temporarily aura (so everyone will reg over time while staying near the caster) and add an extra effect. Heal could be ~10% dmg reduce and Clarity a dmg buff.

Damn... Don't like the Flash and Clairvoyance nerfs... but I am in perfect agreement with all the other decisions made.

The change to Flash. imo it will change the item build to building more defensively. We will see more Atmogs then ever... Offtanks are taking over the game. Poor me :(
And the Clairvoyance change will make the support role even harder then it already is. I like it a lot as it is, but I'm seriously considering taking another summoner spell.
