Not the biggest fan of RoA as I prefer an early "pewpew" (or "shhh- shhh" in this case) but it is a solid guide.

this build, unlike so many other Cassiopeia guides, is correct in numerous ways. Catalyst could be swapped with 2 doran's rings if, like me, you are not a fan of RoA. In addition, Hextech Revolver could be purchased early if it is a champion that harasses alot. (note burst mages like or will **** on your hextech revolver)
