LB is a nasty champion, who is really only shut down by CC, and large amounts of clickable damage. She does really well against non-mobile characters with neither of those aspects. You could probably hard cast E and beat LeBlanc early, but she has to waste her W combo for you to properly hit Q on her. The determining factor is how LeBlanc plays the lane, and knowing when to stop hard casting E, and when to start going for Q/W + E spam combos. Honestly though, it's 100% hopeless for Cassio if cassio isn't using MR runes of some kind. LeBlanc just does too much damage, and Cassio isn't mobile enough. If it wasn't a 1v1, Cassio would most likely win because she has insane gank pressure.[/quote]
