All they really needed to do is make camps respawn slightly faster so the jungle can choose when to gank and when to clear.

Ganking has always been at a risk, why would they make the risk larger to even further discourage ganking at all?

This was the outcome they wanted.

Morello posted in a thread earlier talking about how junglers discouraged lane aggression, and that this was one of the aims of the change.

By making the junglers less likely to gank they anticipate that players will become more aggressive? :P

Silly willys.

All they will likely accomplish is making fast clearing junglers the only viable kind of jungler, because they will still be able to clear and gank...

Well, in a way I can see where they're coming from - If the jungler isn't able to gank, people can afford to push forward and play aggressive on their lane opponent because they know Udyr isn't going to run up behind them and stun the **** out of them every time.

However, I feel that jungle ganks were in themselves a form of aggressive and interesting play, so...

This.

I thought the point of the change was supposed to be to make more options available as to timing so that junglers could gank at different times, not just when all the camps are down. AND so that level <30 summoners could run the jungle. Am I way off?

I agree, ganks are an interesting form of aggression.

But the reality is with this game I'm not really sure what they can do at this point? :P

If they really want to change the way that junglers interact, they should penalize CAMPING somehow...

Camping is so unbelievably cheesy as a strategy.

I've only been camped a few times but those few times were the ULTIMATE cheese!

Unfortunately what Riot tells the player base and what Riot is really trying to accomplish are not always the same things.

Why are they really removing dodge?

Because it's ****ing OP and part of the reason tanky DPS are so strong. (I never made a big deal about it but now that it's 100% being removed might as well call it what it is.)

What did they tell the community?

Anti fun... unreliable... Yada yada ya.

Fll clear with awarness = lvl 3
I understand peope who are not experienced in jungling might find it easier now, but trsth it's they shat on Jungle hard, you can't really gank now and the exp is just too ****ing low, I suppose this all came from the fact that prolly riot employees play HoN instead of LoL.
Rite now if you want a good jungle pisk either Riven or Lee Sin because they're the ones who don't need buffs to gank and can gank early with ease, lvling p in the jungle is just not even a factor, wich is funny considering they thought they gave junglers the chance to stay in jungle and lvl there is they cannot gank.
Well, if they do they stay outleveld, if they want to gank after a fll clear they're low lvl so ganking fast after a clear is not an option anymore, yo need to get at least another camp to get to lvl 4 wich slows down ganking greatly.

This is a hge load of ****, apparently they're already gonna fix it. More or less like they just did with the smart*** Kat Idea of KI shmpo that didn't work at all and is now back as it used to be.

Currently, Rammus, Nocturne, and Shaco are all really good.

Gank ALL DAY.

Win your lanes for your laners, and you should win the game ez.

The purpose of a Jungler in the current meta is to apply pressure to lanes.

You can't camp lanes, because your other lanes will lose, but you have to gank all the time, or you will fall behind a ganking jungler.
