Server split working real nice i see then.
Only thing that would shove a ping that high is bad routing, or an improper server location, such as the NY emergency server, and everyone in your area would have the problem if it were a bad routing point.

Well, my ISP had some kind of issue with blocking packets from LoL a month or so ago, but this is different. I've heard a lot of people in my country on cable connections are having problems. Needless to say Riot haven't responded with anything.
And yeah I have no idea why my ping steadily rose from 27 to 44-ish either over the year I've been playing. :P
