I see on here the builds with the cool cheat sheets with the build, items/costs etc like in the intro to

There is a cheat sheet button and there are chapters. The table of contents is a built in feature when you create multiple chapters on a build.

Cheat sheet buttons will not appear if you have more than one champion build in the top area.
