Haha y'all brought up a lot of good points. So, I've pulled my head out of the clouds and made more of a realistic rig (for my actual financial situation). While the original post would've been sexy to actually build and play own I don't need THAT much power.
Dual Monitors can come later and the case choice was based solely on cosmetics. I really like the look of the HAF series which is why I went with that case vs a much more simplistic case. Either way I'm going to be satisfied and upgrading is easier then flat out building top of the line like I had originally intended.
Forgot to mention I'll be tweaking the card at some point to perform at 6970 level.

I would up your HDD to an SSD. The difference is unbelievable. If your just gonna run League and a few other games, a 128 would work and that's 200 dollars. 100% worth it IMO.
I was thinking of throwing in a SSD along with the HDD. Mainly for my OS, LoL, possibly DIII, Skyrim, etc.

Once you got used to working with two monitors you will never ever want to go back, believe me- it is just that good!
I REALLY REALLY like working with a dual monitor set up so I may end up picking up another monitor. It's just so hand to have an extra monitor.
The second one looks way better. You'll save a lot of money that way.
"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T

Yea, like I told one of my co-workers today $2500 didn't sound like much when I first put that build together and it actually sunk in and I was like oh **** no lol.
Case by itself makes no noice :D. Its either the coolers he installed or coolers that came with the case, or maybe any other cooler on graphics/power supply/processor,...
Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.
