Thanks for the suggestion, however I don't think I shall include a roamer list at the moment as it is a dying meta and I haven't seen anyone play it in months. If however more people request it then I shall make one. Also as I haven't seen roamers played and I never played them when they were played I wouldn't know how to order the tier.

I think you should include a section for Roamers I know it's a dying meta but some champs are really good at it. Here's some:

Thanks for pointing out I missed swain in the tier list. However I don't feel he is terribly strong at the moment so he will go in tier 2 for now. Also I'll put poppy into the jungle tier however quite low. The problem with the jungle tier is you can jungle every champ so if you feel there should be another jungler in the list please let me know.

Swain is a top tier Ap mid champ and Poppy can do well in the jungle. Just saw a 18/2/11 poppy carry the whole team. So might want to add those.

Thanks for the suggestions, I personally don't play support to much and when I do it's main taric, janna, soraka, etc... So I can't give the best opinion on supports below tier 2.

I have resorted the tier 1 supports however as they were in a bad order in my opinion so sona is now correctly placed.

Zilean I feel is placed correctly at the bottom of tier 2 as he is strong with poke and can zone the enemy effectively. He will steal some cs with bombs, but this guide isn't aimed at higher elo's as they probably already know most of this and don't have need of it. I might make 2 tier lists for different elo ranges later if people request it. This tier list is probably aimed at low end gold so 1600 elo ish. At this elo people arent amazing at last hitting and so missing a few cs wont affect them much, and the zoning and kills are probably worth the loss. For these reason is feel that he fits nicely where he is, and I just feel tier 3 is just a bit low for him.

As for the missing supports, I just forgot some champions and they will be added when me or someone else notices. As for the less common supports such as gangplank and yorick if you could give me feedback on where they should be because I have no idea and your opinion is going to better than mine.

Thanks for the +1 and all these suggestions, they have been really useful. Ezreal I think is a decent ad carry for solo queue because of his high damage and if he gets fed he can be unstoppable. However I don't believe he is tier 1 worthy, but i think the top of tier 2 is suitable. Also Sivir is similar to ezreal in that she has high damage and her ultimate can be very useful in team fights I think she is just tier 1 worthy, but at the very bottom. As for tier 1.5 the top of tier 2 and bottom of tier 1 is pretty much a tier 1.5, however it would be pretty confusing to put a tier 1.5 in.

For Viktor I think he could be bumped up, the main reason is that i hardly ever see good Viktors and he does take a while to learn. However his damage is one of the best. The main reason he is low however is that as he has no real escapes in a team fight and if he is focused he drops like a stone. For this reason he is a bit team dependent as he needs defending, which in solo queue is not something to rely on. I will put him up however.

I personally feel shyv is a bit stronger than mundo as they are pretty equal in jungle speed, however mundos ganks are stronger. Shyv however I feel is far more useful late game, with a knock back, armour reduction, speed boost and decent damage. Mundo on the other hand is just a slow bot and is very hard to kill, which if shyv is decent she is pretty hard too kill as well. I just feel shyv is just overall a better champion although they are both strong I think for now they will stay as they are. Lee sin also was explained in the previous comment.

Irelia is low tier 2 at the moment because I just feel that last nerf just weakened her a bit to much. She is still strong in the right hands and still definitely tier 2 and pre nerf she would have been tier one for sure. This latest nerf just feels like it hit too hard and so she isn't equal to some of the other top laner's at the moment

Just gonna comment on the supports:

Tier 1 looks solid for the most part. Not sure whether I agree on Sona, I feel she's a bit weak atm. Having said that I still need to test her strength a bit more, but I think she might be 2 atm. Definitely the weakest in Tier 1.
Placing Zilean in Tier 2 is too high imo. He has really strong poke with his bombs, but any decent opponent will stand next to their minions when they have a bomb on their head, so Zilean will start stealing a lot of the AD carry's farm. Huge issue for him.
Leona and Blitzcrank in Tier 2 is fine.

Haven't played Nautilus or Nidalee, so can't judge on Tier 3 yet.

Galio deserves a higher tier. I think he's a better version of Zilean since he can aim his Q's to make sure he doesn't steal too much cs. non-heal supports like Janna and Leona have real issues against this guy. Also a great ultimate. Add Gangplank and Yorick while you're at it, they are similar strong-poke supports for bottom lane (not sure which of the three is the best yet, still testing).
Shen deserves to be higher too, his taunt is really good and he now also deals so much damage himself.
I wonder why Orianna was included but no Lux or Morgana. All of them are bad though imo, no need to place them higher.

Support: Seems to be good I dun play too much support myself tho.

AD: EZ is placed to high at least in my opinion and sivir too high. You should probably establish Tier 1.5 or sth like that

AP: Viktor is FAR to low you probably don't know any good viktor's.. he should be atleast upper tier 3 or lower tier 2.

Jungle: Well I dun jungle too much but I know that Mundo > Shyv at least in jungle phase.
And putting lee on place 1 seems kinda weird.

Top: Irelia definitely needs to be higher she is a way safer pick that e.g. j4 panthoen or fizz.

Well all just suggestions gimme your thoughts on that!

Hmm no I agree vlad should be tier 1. As I said this is work in progress and when I first made it I put some champions straight into a tier without putting much thought into it so there will be some out of place champions, but this is why I want feedback so I can make it as accurate as possible.

As for Lee Sin he is definitely tier 1 as his ganks are really strong, his jungle sustain and clearance is one of the best and his damage is great early to mid game. This makes him great for solo queue as if he gets his ganks right he can carry every lane and win the game.

I don't think Lee Sin is highest tier jungler. Maybe 2-3 in tier one.
Vladimir should definitely be placed higher in tier 1. Solo-top Ghost + Pool, impossible kill. Really nice sustain. His ult increases everyone's damage as well. But I guess this is solo-queue...
