its a great looking guide overall (especially like the use of bold), but your build bugs me. why all the AS and on-hit. you claim youve tried and know the regular IE and BT ways, but you only played one game and got 6/1/5 and you ended up saying this build is good? you should play more games and consider if this build can really beat the regular ADC builds. the thing about stacking AS on a champ is that, items like randuins and frozen heart will really hurt your dmg output. for your builds, i recommend moving one of your builds to team 2 and rename it accordingly. consider using the columns format for your pros/cons section. put in situational items. lets say you seem to win after a couple days, consider putting in the normal build play and elaborate. this way though people may not like the on-hit style, they can still see youve tried and used the more normal IE style build. play more and reconsider what is the build you want.
keep up the good work~
I have a few questions about this if you don't mind me asking.
1. Why does it bug you that it focuses on attack speed and on-hit? iskillzi said he tried building her like Teemo, so does that mean Teemo builds bug you too?
2. You say a randuins and frozen heart can hurt your damage output. I can see that with the attack speed reductions, but wouldn't the enemy having armor hurt damage output anyways regardless of how you build?
3. Why do you mention "Play some more games and consider if this build can really beat the regular ADC builds"? Why does this build need to beat them? Why can't you just use it for fun? It's not all about winning or doing the most damage you know.
I for one like the different approach it keeps the game fun and exciting. Why would this guide need to follow the other guides with an IE build? Like you said "They can still see youve tried and used the more normal IE style build." If you want an IE build look at a different guide.
I hope I'm not offending you its just that it sounds to me like if it doesn't maximize DPS then it's not a viable build.

But I was thinking what about Black Cleaver it gives attack speed like your build is focused on along with some attack damage which would help you hit a little harder and it helps Tumble and Condemn do more damage. The passive it has would also be useful because it can reduce armor by 45 when fully stacked which can help you deal more damage from your auto-attacks and you should have no problem getting it fully stacked because of all the attack speed you have. You would want to rush it like your Wriggle's Lantern is now. Otherwise just go with a Last Whisper for when people start to get really tanky, also Last Whisper should be used if the enemy team has over 120 armor each.
Another item to mention that sticks with the whole attack speed idea (which is great) could be Cloak and Dagger, I would say replace Wriggle's Lantern with it if you are facing a heavy CC team (3 CCs or more) for the tenacity instead of the boots but only do that on your first guide as the attack speed will be wasted on your second guide.
I would suggest recommending some items just for AD to help boost your damage like I stated above in case people don't want to get Zeke's Herald, for example you could probably get Maw of Malmortius, or Tiamat:
Maw of Malmortius gives you some magic resist, extra AD based on how much health you are missing, and a nice magic shield in case some tries to snipe you with abilities like Requiem and Finales Funkeln.
Tiamat on the other hand can really boost your farming with it's splash damage, plus it gives you some health and mana regen for sustainability.
Infinity Edge has a huge AD boost. (even though it makes this guide more like the other ones -.- )
Sword of the Occult can provide a nice AD boost as well as movement if you can max it and keep it that way if you feel like a risk taker.
On a side note your "Alt Build" is slightly over the maximum attack speed possible (it's at 2.51 hits a second, the max being 2.5) according to the formula on the league of legends wiki. That did not take into account any of the runes or masteries just the items and the elixir. So if you are going to add anything to that stay away from attack speed because any more you get will be wasted.

keep up the good work~
This is from experience but try to work in youmuu's ghostblade into your build it works amazingly for her if you can remember to activate it, and if your actually good at vayne I find that starting with a dagger and a potion really helps out farming and killing alot more than just boots early game
Just some more advice I like wriggles I just dont think its good on vayne, atk speed vayne is only viable once you get your madreds bloodrazor so I think it'll be more practical to go ahead and get the vampiric sceptor and madreds but just not combine them, it'll help make getting the madred bloodrazors cheaper mid game and when you need it the most.
by all means you got a nice guide or I wouldn't be even commenting im just giving some tips coming from an expert atk speed vayne player and by all means best of luck to ya
