teemo too squishy to stack it to full (or dying right after) most of the times... this item will be more useful on AD offtanks like Garen (epic ks ability to stack quickly, high survivability, etc) |

Also can be used on carry, if they going well. This is snowball item, and it need to be used at start of game, if you play very nice and easy get kills. |
