Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some help with top laner. I have an account at 1700 elo where I play mid. On my other lvl 30 account I am finding it hard getting my elo above 1.1k with top champions. I like to play Jarvan IV, Darius, Jax and Jayce. Would be great if someone is willing to help over skype.

for some reason I don't buy the fact that you have a 1700 account but can't seem to get out of 1100...
