Check out this guide. Read it through all the way- it works wonders to skim it, but reading it through will make you omg so much better. I have it bookmarked because I refer to it regularly.

Also, check your spelling and view your guide a lot before you publish (pier editors help a lot too). This will help catch writing and coding errors that distract from the content. Also, note that there is a lot that you can expand on. Look at some of the best rated guides for ideas.

With just changing 3 things, your guide already looks much better.

Already give you +1, but of course I hope that you still will add the summoner spell explanation and maybe the masteries soon aswell.

For a first guide, you're doing quite well. A lot of the information from here is worth taking, but I would like to suggest some changes.

For one, never rush Void Staff for your first item. You would be better off with something more solid, like Abyssal Mask. An early Haunting Guise would also help you greatly. For masteries, I strongly discourage adding points regarding physical damage, with the possible exception of Brute Force . The biggest problem I have here is Sunder . While Katarina does scale off AD, she has no physical damage besides auto attacks. You would be better off using 21/0/9 or 21/9/0 if you want full out damage. There really isn't any point in adding more than 21 points into Offense.

Like others, I suggest you add in some coding and images to make it more visually appealing. Most people are too impatient to read through the entire guide. Also, I suggest you fix some typos.

PS: Adding square brackets before and after the item names, champions, masteries, skills, runes (and just about anything) will link it. So, Void Staff becomes Void Staff. (Can't actually make the square brackets show, it's kinda glitchy.

This is my first guide I have made, I'm still learning, I didn't really know how to do the codes and I will try to change that. Thanks for the feedback you guys left me, I know this guide isn't the best looking but like I said this is te first one I have ever made and I will try to edit this and explain things better! As I see it, there is a lot of people already that disagree with your choices.

Lucky you, I do not care about your choices, I care about your guide writing style :P

Though the bad news is: a lot about your style also could improve.

What you are missing:
- Ability explanation
- Summoner spells explanation
- Mastery explanation

What could improve:
* Coding (instead of saying Rabadon's Deathcap, say Rabadon's Deathcap)
* Chapter order (Switch the pros and cons chapter with the item explanation chapter)

These tips should help your guide to get better, so I advice you to use them.

Void Staff is never an item to rush because you simply don't need it that early. There isn't enough magic resistance to reduce, it is a total waste. The reason why you build magic pen with katharina is that you can easily reach the 0 mark and her base scaling isn't that good. But you don't need a Void Staff for that this early in the game.

I have absolutely no clue what made you take Fury ....
